A very long story short and even still figuring it all out. I am suffering with depression. I believe I didn't take care of myself with my Post Partum Depression that it rolled into more depression after I supressed it and thought I was "dealing" with it. Well, honey now I am!
I am going to be sharing how and what I am doing to seek help. But I Made the first step and made the call and asked for HELP. it has been a bumpy couple of months.
One way I cope with my depression is to sing as loud as I can in the car to depressing music. Here’s a playlist of songs that hit the nail on the head when it comes to various mental health issues we don’t like to talk about like depression, self-doubt, loneliness, heartache, death, and just dealing with the daily grind. So I thought, why not YOU and I start that conversation Music is a great way to connect with feelings that sometimes you don't know how to explain. That has been the biggest thing for me to realize. Being NOT Ok , IS Ok! sometimes I don't need to explain it all.
